The Sheriffs department SVU finally finished the MOA and its been approved by the council. Yesterday I met with the department and reviewed it and signed. We now are moving forward with the additional Insurance binder and will be able to start within the next few weeks.
To make this transition into this program successful and smooth I would like to start with what you will need to provide me in advance. I will need the documentation sent via email to the following email address, even if you have already given me this information before.
What I now need from you as volunteers are the following:
Copies of dogs shot record
Copy of your vaccination card
Copy of your Drivers License Front/Back
Fyi...Be aware that even if you have clearance with schools, hospitals or CAC the only background that will already be cleared and accepted would be the Los Angeles County Sheriff background check. This would be those that have been cleared through the various jails and have gone through the orientation already. So everyone else will have to have a background check accept those that visit at the jails.
I need this information ASAP so we can begin processing.
