We are beyond grateful for every one of you. You worked tirelessly throughout the Big Roundup, shared our message, created peer-to-peer pages, posted on Facebook, and reached out to friends, family members, coworkers, and anyone who might help support the work we do. It was incredible to watch your enthusiasm, determination, and heart throughout this fundraiser.

Every one of you is a winner. Your support went far beyond raising funds. You showed just how deeply you believe in the mission of Pet Prescription Team and in the lives we are blessed to touch every day. Thank you for your kindness, your hard work, and your continued support. We are so grateful to have you beside us, and we look forward to all that God has ahead for Pet Prescription Team in the coming year.

Dear PPT Volunteers,

What a wild ride Big Roundup 2026 has been! It has been exciting and incredibly encouraging to watch everyone come together to help provide the funds needed to continue the work of Pet Prescription Team and support the projects we have ahead of us.

Although the fundraiser has officially ended, we always keep the books open for a few extra days because checks have a way of continuing to trickle in through the mail. Thank you, United States Postal Service! Rather than announce a number too soon, I want to give those final donations time to arrive and be included.

On Monday, October 5, I will send everyone our official Big Roundup 2026 final tally and share just what we accomplished together.

We are in the final few days of our Big Roundup, and this week we are shining a light on one of the most meaningful parts of the Pet Prescription Team, the Faith Dog Project.

For years, these little dogs have carried comfort, hope, and encouragement into the hands of children and adults facing some of the hardest battles of their lives. It has been such a privilege to remind them, in one small but powerful way, that they are seen, they are loved, and they are not walking through this alone.

Today, as we continue our Big Roundup, we want to introduce you to someone who represents the heart of the Pet Prescription Team.

Meet Angie.

Angie found Pet Prescription Team in 2016 after she and her dog, Cody, had been disappointed and rejected by several other therapy dog programs. Cody was only four years old when Angie was told he was too energetic and too spirited to ever become a therapy dog.

And then she found us.

Angie remembers that very first conversation because instead of hearing what Cody couldn’t do, she felt something entirely different: hope, acceptance, and the feeling that maybe they had finally found a place where they belonged.
