Meeting minutes:
• Hoping to be back to meetings at La Habra Heights city hall in two months
Message from Krystal:
• Thank you to everyone who showed up at the parade for Jack and Sue. It meant so much to Jack and Sue.
• This situation is a reminder of how important it is to show support for one of our own.

Visitation updates:
• Phil oversees general visit schedule and facility contacts
• It is important that Team Leaders and Volunteers followappropriate protocol when/if approached by facility representatives about additional visits or next visits
o Team Leaders and volunteers should never discusswith facility representatives, should refer to Phil
• It is important that Team Leaders and Volunteers follow appropriate protocol if approached about a new facility or visit opportunity
• Team Leaders and volunteers should never post about available visits on the Spaces App (formerly Wix), without express approval from Phil or Krystal
• If you would like to inquire about available facilities tovisit, contact Phil
• If your dog or cat needs to be re-certified, contact Phil to schedule
o Re-certifications are done on Wednesdays at Whitten Heights, by appointment only
Disneyland Visitations
• Krystal oversees Disneyland visits
• If you are available for visits, contact Krystal
o Visits are during the day
o Typically visits are Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
• Next Disneyland visit
o 05/26 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.

HBIC
• Ace is Team Leader
• Visits will start again when Krystal has confirmation, we have volunteers to meet the needs
• Date of visit may change
o Monday, Tuesday, or Thursdays (except the fourth Thursday of every month)
o Morning visits
o 1 hour to 1 ½ hour
o Meet at park in La Habra Heights
• Need 6 dog/handler teams
o If interested, email Krystal and include the day you of the week you are available
Trading card updates:
• Trading cards are not printed inhouse
o Trading cards are created and printed by outside vendors
• Trading cards are paid for through the Pet Prescription Team website
o Select Members Page
o Scroll down to the bottom, select Buy Now under Trading Card Order Instructions
o Purchase is through PayPal
• The following individuals have trading cards that will be available for pickup at Whitten Heights, after 5:00 PM on 05/25

• We are still rebounding from the pandemic, rebuilding the organization, training new volunteers
