New visitation opportunities

Dear Pet Prescription Team Family,

Before I share a few updates, I first want to pause and simply say thank you. Truly, from the bottom of my heart.

This past year has been one of the most difficult seasons of my life, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through it all, you stood beside this organization with such loyalty, kindness, and dedication. Your support, your patience, and the love you continue to pour into the work of the Pet Prescription Team have meant more to me than I could ever fully express.

Many of you already know that last Tuesday, I underwent another reconstruction surgery to help release some of the scars that have caused so much restriction. Right now, my arm is in a cast all the way up to my shoulder, but I feel very blessed knowing that we are making real strides toward improving movement and continuing the healing process. It’s another step forward on a long road, and I’m grateful for the prayers, encouragement, and patience so many of you have shown me along the way.

When people ask what makes this organization so special, the answer is simple: it’s you. The time you give, the compassion you bring, and the comfort your dogs provide to people who truly need it is something beautiful to witness. I hope this past year has made me a better person, but I know without question it has reminded me just how extraordinary this team truly is. Each of you is deeply appreciated.

I’m also happy to share that we will soon be starting our training classes again. While I can’t give an exact start date just yet, classes will be held on Wednesdays during the daytime, with start times at either 10:00, 11:00, or 12:00. These classes are already filling quickly, so if you know someone who might be interested in joining Pet Prescription Team, please encourage them to contact us soon so we can let them know which openings remain.

Thank you again for the heart you bring to this mission. What you and your dogs give to the world, comfort, smiles, calm in difficult moments, and companionship to those who may feel forgotten, is a gift that cannot be measured. I am so grateful to walk this journey alongside each of you.

With love and deep appreciation,

Krystal
