Discussion of new clearance process for jails

Los Angeles County Special Victims Bureau New program - possibly starting in October
Detectives are available 24/7 and want to partner with our organization to have dogs available
Education and training will be provided to volunteers

Covid was hard on our organization:
We are depleted on volunteers
We understand facilities ask leaders and volunteers for additional visits. Asking that we not accept extra visits so we can fulfill other commitments
Insurance Binders are available on Spaces or website
Question addressed about fundraisers - During Covid, we were unable to have fundraising events

We will have the photo shoot
Through a company donation, we will be able to gift four “There’s No Place Like Home”
